Dr. Stephen Bryan
Stephen Bryan is on the faculty at Wake Forest University's Babcock Graduate School of Management.
He teaches MBA students Financial Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis, and he is currently
teaching 5th year "Masters of Science in Accounting" students at Wake Forest's Calloway School of
Business and Accountancy. He also has taught in law firms, multinational banks and corporations,
as well as in major European business schools (Vienna and Frankfurt).
His research articles are published in both academic and practitioner journals, such as The Accounting Review,
the Journal of Business, the Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, Harvard Business Review,
the Journal of Corporate Finance, The CPA Journal, and The Accountants' Handbook.
He earned his Ph.D. from New York University's Stern School of Business and an M.B.A. from Baruch College,
City University of New York. Prior to his position at Wake Forest University, he taught at Baruch College
and New York University.
