Frank Beil
Frank J. Beil is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has taught numerous courses including Management Accounting, (graduate) Intermediate Management Accounting, Introduction to Financial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Advanced Financial Reporting, Corporate Financial Reporting, Financial Statement Analysis (graduate), Accounting for Mergers & Acquisitions and Derivatives (Graduate).
Frank Beil is also a seminar leader and speaker currently with Executive Enterprise Institute; Specializing in Accounting Standards, Revenue Recognition, Accounting for Pensions, Accounting for Leases, Accounting for Stock Based Compensation, Fair Value Accounting where he presents these seminars to Senior Financial and Accounting Executives across the country. He is also a Principal Advisor at Risk Limited, Inc. where he assists clients with the accounting challenges of FAS 133, as amended by FAS 138 and FAS 149. These arrangements involve accounting research and report writing concerning complex accounting transactions.

He has a MS in Accounting & Taxation from the University of North Dakota and a BS in Business Administration and BA in History from the University of Wisconsin.
